Rui Assubuji, a cameraman with over 35 years of experience, resides and operates from Maputo, Mozambique. He attended a photography course in Maputo in 1987 and later worked for various video and photography production companies based in Italy. In 1990, he authored a book titled "Pa Ubile, Diario di campo," which delved into the lives of seasonal tomato pickers. Currently, he pursues his passion as a freelance photojournalist and showcases his documentary photography in exhibitions.
